ATI Conference – Destination Zero 2022 & 2023
Delivering a high-impact experience for the Aerospace Technology Institute’s annual conference
Shhh Events partnered with About Time to deliver the ATI’s annual conference, a two-day, sold-out event for over 500 delegates exploring sustainable aerospace innovations and the path to net zero by 2050.
What We Did
We led on event branding, design, marketing, and full production delivery, including:
Conference branding and visual identity
Venue graphics, media wall visuals, and speaker presentation design
Social media campaign and paid media
Sound, light, AV and technical support
Event video production, including on-site interviews and post-event edits
The Creative
We developed the Destination Zero identity using a mandala-inspired design to symbolise industry unity and innovation. This became the foundation for digital and physical assets – from dynamic social content to immersive venue branding and video displays.
Marketing & Social
A targeted social media campaign across organic and paid channels drove strong engagement and boosted ticket sales, including event teaser videos, countdowns, speaker announcements and website retargeting ads on LinkedIn.
Video & AV Support
Our team managed all technical production for the conference, providing seamless AV, lighting, and staging throughout the venue. We also delivered a suite of high-quality video outputs:
A large-scale animated media wall installation
Branded speaker slides and PowerPoint templates
Full videography and photography across both days
Vox pops and interviews with delegates and speakers
Post-event highlight edits for social media and 2024 promotion
