  • Custom visual styling and brand-led messaging

  • Bespoke lighting, sound, and backdrop installations

  • Venue theming in black and gold with Gatsby-inspired décor

  • Entertainment including a 5-piece jazz band, flapper girls, acrobats, magician Brendan Rodrigues, and a signature cocktail bar with drinks styled in Bosch Rexroth brand colours

  • Creative direction and on-site styling by Shhh Events and About Time

  • Coordination of all technical production, set-up, and guest experience
