With a track record for delivering exclusive, boutique events for affluent audiences, we were approached by one of our loyal guests with a challenge:
"Could you take your signature high-end experience to the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans?"
Our answer was a resounding yes — and Le Jardin Privé 24 was born. From brand inception to full-scale delivery, our mission was to redefine what a motorsport weekend could feel like for discerning guests.
Our Approach
We designed the event to be seamless, luxurious, and immersive — where every touchpoint, from the first piece of communication to the final farewell, reflected premium quality.
1. Brand & Experience Inception
Developed Le Jardin Privé 24 as a brand synonymous with motorsport glamour meets French château sophistication.
Crafted a visual identity and guest journey that combined motorsport adrenaline with refined hospitality.
2. Sourcing the Perfect Locations
After extensive scouting across the Le Mans region, we secured two exceptional venues just minutes from the circuit:
Château One: An 18th-century, 4-star residence with original antiques, a tree-lined drive, private gates, and a swimming pool.
Château Two (Monastery): An 11th-century former monastery with expansive grounds for 25 luxury glamping tents, an outdoor dining area, and an atmospheric crypt that transformed into our late-night party space.
This proximity allowed our private shuttles to move guests effortlessly in and out of the circuit, ensuring no moment of race action was missed.
3. Attention to Every Detail
All LJP24 hosts were outfitted in embroidered polos, caps, and gilets, with guest versions in different colours to ensure visibility and approachability.
Bespoke ticket packages, curated welcome experiences, and personal concierge-level service were designed to anticipate every guest need.
4. A Five-Day Curated Itinerary
From Thursday to Monday, guests experienced:
Morning: Traditional French or cooked breakfasts at the châteaus.
Daytime: Private shuttles to and from the race circuit, plus optional excursions.
Evenings: Gourmet dinners, live entertainment, and unforgettable parties.
Race Day: 24-hour shuttle service so guests could dip in and out of the circuit at will.
The Highlights
Accommodation: 21 luxury château bedrooms + 25 glamping lodges, each designed for comfort and style.
Supercar Show & BBQ: On Friday, a showcase at the monastery drew an additional 40 guests and their cars, with prizes awarded to the top three.
Influential Guests: Hosted high-profile names including Adam C, Carly Wilford, and members of multiple supercar clubs.
Total Attendance: Over 120 guests enjoyed the weekend, building lasting memories and connections.
The Outcome
Le Jardin Privé 24 successfully translated the energy of Le Mans into a high-end hospitality experience that blended motorsport excitement with luxury leisure. Guests praised the flawless logistics, exclusive settings, and immersive social atmosphere.
